 Syntax: +ADDRESS <address>

 Sets the address of your message to <address>. <address> is a space-separated 
 list of player names, player dbrefs, mail groups, and/or bulletin boards.

 Example: +address Fred Joe admins
 Sets the address to Fred, Joe, and the admins mailgroup.
