 Syntax: +REAUTHOR [@<altname>] <bboard> <message>=<player>

 This allows players who administrate bulletin boards to reassign the "From" 
 fields of messages on the bulletin board to different players. This is 
 important because certain boards are not postable directly and players 
 must ask the board administrator to post a message on their behalf. The 
 board administrator can then change the "From" field to the original 
 author after posting the author's message. In order to use this command, 
 you must pass the board's adminlock.
