Syntax: +BBCREATE <name> **Admin-only** Creates a bulletin board with the specified name. The name may not contain spaces or other "restricted" characters. A rule of thumb is that bulletin board names are restricted in the same ways that player names are restricted. If a bulletin board is created with the same name as a mailgroup, it will be unpostable directly. Mail groups have priority. However, if the bulletin board name is placed within a mailgroup then it will be postable in that way.
