 Syntax: +COMSET/DEFAULT <name of set>=<channel>

 This command sets <channel> to be the default channel in channel set <name of 
 set>. <channel> may or may not already be a member of the given set. If it 
 is not already a member, it is added and made to be the default. If it is 
 already a member then it is simply made the default. The default channel 
 is simply the first channel in the list.
