 Syntax: +BBADMINLOCK <name>=<function>

 **Admin-only**
 This sets the administrators of a bulletin board to those users that cause the 
 given function to evaluate to a true value. (See HELP t() for what a true 
 value is). The enactor is %# as normal. Bulletin board administrators have 
 the power to use the +EXPUNGE command to delete any posts to that bulletin 
 board.

 Example: +bbadminlock public=\[member(#1 #10159 #9643,%%#)\]
