 Syntax 1: +CC <address>
 Syntax 2: +CC/REMOVE <address>

 Syntax 1 adds <address> to the list of addressees of your message. <Address>
 should be a space-separated list of player names, player dbrefs, mail groups, 
 and/or bulletin boards.

 Syntax 2 removes <address> from the list of addressees of your message.

 Example: +cc Joe
 (Adds Joe to the list of people your message is addressed to.)
